Who are we?
CharityShift Consulting was founded by Liz Thorne, a charity leader with over 15 years' experience as a CEO, alongside trusteeship at both general and chair level.
With a deep understanding of the unique complexities of the UK voluntary sector, Liz has navigated organisations through challenging transitions, funding pressures, and sector-wide change. She recognises the ‘perfect storm’ charities have faced in the pandemic and post-pandemic era, bringing a grounded, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach to every organisation she supports.
